The Big Brother Mentorship Programme is focused on guiding and empowering younger students through structured mentorship, academic support, and personal growth initiatives. As a mentor, I will play an active role in providing advice, encouragement, and resources to help mentees navigate both academic challenges and personal development. The programme fosters leadership, accountability, and the spirit of giving back to the community

The Lesotho to South Africa Application Initiative is designed to support students from Lesotho in their transition to higher education opportunities in South Africa. The initiative was born out of a collaboration of LESA and Vodacom Lesotho This initiative involves providing mentorship, practical assistance with application processes, and sharing insights on adjusting to new environments. Through this project, we aimed to bridge gaps in access to information for lesotho students

As a member of the UCT student association Lesotho Students Association (LeSA) - Committee, I contributed to the planning and execution of cultural, social, and academic initiatives that support the student community. My role also included mentoring younger members, offering guidance on academic matters, and fostering a sense of belonging among students. This experience strengthened my leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills while deepening my connection to the community.

In 2021, I participated in the UN75 global initiative, which brought together young people from around the world to engage in meaningful discussions about the future we want to build collectively. This involvement allowed me to contribute ideas on sustainability, peace, and inclusive development while collaborating with diverse voices. It was a valuable opportunity to broaden my worldview and engage in shaping conversations about international cooperation.
